At Boulaban Farm we know all about caring for cows and most importantly we know that well cared for cows produced the finest of creamy milk for making delicious ice-cream.

MILKING
Milking twice a day, seven days a week gives us fresh quality milk to use in our delicious ice cream.

TIMING IS EVERYTHING!
At Boulaban Farm we know the importance of time... aging the mix is crucial in developing the true Boulabán Farm ice cream flavours and and smooth creamy texture.

PACKAGING
Getting our products to our customers is extremely important to us at Boulaban Farm. Our products come in tubs of 2.5 L and boxes of 20 individual tubs of 125 ml.
