Milking twice a day, seven days a week gives us fresh quality  milk to use in our delicious ice cream.

ITS FREEZING!

Its all about freezing at Boulaban Farm! How we freeze our ice-cream and sorbets is crucial when it comes to getting the creamy, smooth swirly texture.

PACKAGING

Getting our products to our customers is extremely important to us at Boulaban Farm. Our products come in tubs of 2.5 L and boxes of 20 individual tubs of 125 ml.
